Standard no-fault returns

• Goods can only be returned up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

• Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.

• The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Quickboxit Ltd premises.

• For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form that will be mailed and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.

• Refunds don't include delivery charges.

• Quickboxit Ltd will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.

 Bulk Orders and Delivery Policy

Please note that all bulk orders are subject to a minimum manufacturing lead time of 36 working days, followed by an estimated shipping period of 30 days.

For orders under £100, or for deliveries to addresses outside England and Wales, shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on the contents of your basket. To obtain an accurate delivery quote, simply add your selected items to the basket and enter or select your delivery address. The applicable delivery charge will be calculated automatically and will update as items are added or removed.

Exclusions: Deliveries are not made on bank holidays.
